What I offer
1:1 Personal Training
Let’s focus on you! Together we’ll make a plan to get you to where you want to be, whatever that looks like. This can focus on or involve a mix of cardio, weights, pilates, stretching and bodyweight activities.
2:1 Personal Training
Want a bit of extra motivation? Why not split the cost and train with a friend, partner or relative. We’ll plan fun and interesting sessions to suit you both.
Small group training
As with all my sessions these can involve cardio, weights, pilates, stretching and bodyweight training depending on what suits the group best.
Personalised Stretching
Let me help you feel better in your body with a personalised stretching programme. Improve your flexibility and long term mobility, whilst reducing aches and pains in many areas of the body.
I offer 60, 45 or 30 minute sessions to suit your schedule, which can vary week to week.
