A bit about me…

Hi, I’m Tabby!

I have always loved all things fitness, and growing up as a dancer its always been a big part of my life. I graduated as a professional dancer in 2019 and have since worked predominantly in the TV & film industry.

To me fitness is about overall health and wellness, it’s about feeling great in your body day-to-day, pain free and happy. This will look different for everyone and is definitely not a one size fits all programme. I believe in taking care of your body through all forms of exercise, including stretching and mobility to maximise your fitness long term.

So whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build confidence in the gym, reduce your aches & pains or just begin to enjoy exercise as part of your life, I’m here to help.

  • L3 Personal Trainer

  • L2 Fitness Instructor

  • L6 Diploma in Professional Dance

  • Pilates Instructor

  • Suspended Movement Training CPD
